Drill to Detail Balances in SmartView query to Fusion, Firefox error: "HTTP method GET is not supported by this URL" (Doc ID 2134493.1)

Symptoms

Smart View version 11.1.2.5.520

Firefox 41+ is the default browser

Unable to open "Drill to details balances" from Smart View query. The following error is displayed in Firefox:

"HTTP method GET is not supported by this URL"

The issue can be reproduced by following the steps below:
1. From Smart View double click on a detail value
2. Select "Drill to detail balances" from the Drill-through reports window that opens.
3. A Firefox window opens and the error is displayed.

 

 

Changes

 Upgraded Firefox from version 38 to 41+
