How to Run "User And Role Access Audit Report" for All Users (Doc ID 2135268.1)

Goal

The goal of this article is to explain why users must specify a name when attempting to run the "User and Role Access Audit Report" for all users prior to release 11 bundle patch 11. With release 11 bundle patch 11 the customer can choose all user option. They don't need to specify A to B or A to C. 

Prior to Release 11 bundle patch 11, when running without a name users are receiving the following error :
