Symptoms
On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, HCM Data Loader
HDL Converted employees are missing Payroll Relationship details
We have converted Worker Data using HDL .On Researching further we noticed that,employees who got converted using HDl are not having Payroll Relationship auto created.
We created one employee manually and see that Payroll Relationships are getting created and Salaries are also getting assigned.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Loading Worker details using HDL
2. Verify No Payroll Relationship created for the Employees
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot load Salary and Payroll related data to Employee
