I have a field where the text contains multiple values separated by a delimiter -- is there a way to split each value into a separate column?

Example:

Organization Level 2 contains values that look like the following:

• 100 > Corporate > Sales Director

I want each value to be split into a separate column:

• Column 1:  100
• Column 2:  Corporate
• Column 3:  Sales Director
