ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer has a custom field on Leads object which is a DCL to Account object
Customer built a CSA on the Leads object and selected the DCL field under Leads.
When they build a BI Report, the DCL displays the Account ID and not the Account Name

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The DCL on BI Report should show the Account Name

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Build a custom field on Leads object which is a DCL to Account object
2. Build a CSA on the Leads object and select the DCL field under Leads.
3. Build a BI Report and select relevant fields including the DCL
Observe that in the BI Report, the DCL displays the Account ID and not the Account Name
