Symptoms

Problem Description:

When exporting values to Data > CSV or Data > Excel file format, the values do not match to the Formatted > Excel file format.

The Data file formats appear to:

be stripped of formatting
include fields set to Excluded or Hidden
display fields in a different order
be missing totals rows/columns
