Goal

When a new employee is hired using the 'New Hire' flow, the person profile is not generated automatically. The profile is getting generated only when the worker/ HR accesses the Experience and Qualifications card in the worker's portrait.

How can we ensure that the person profile (profile id) gets generated as soon as we hire a worker?
