Symptoms

Problem Description:

A report that uses fields from Application Tracking - Historical CSW (No Reverts) in the Recruiting (Legacy) Subject Area is excluding candidates or applications that are in the step New (their initial step/status).

This issue is only applicable to the Recruiting (Legacy) Subject Area.
The columns under Submission CSW Status - Historical in the Recruiting Subject Area will display candidates or job submissions in the initial step/status.
