PBCS - Data Import Does Not Show Records Of Read, Processed And Rejected (Doc ID 2148615.1)

Goal

User have uploaded data to the Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service. All the records were uploaded successfully and there were no errors. When going to Console > Jobs and selecting Import Data job, Records Read, Records Processed, Records Rejected show 0, even though all the records of the data load file were imported fine.

User would assume that Records Read and Records Processed would show the number of the records in the load file.
