Fusion Global HR: Reassign Direct Reports of Terminated Manager Process Not Working (Doc ID 2152431.1)

On :  11.1.11.1.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
After running the Run Reassign Pending Approvals for Terminations and Correct Invalid Supervisor Assignments Process, direct reports of terminated managers are not reassigned to terminated manager's manager. Ran the process and both of his direct reports are not reassigned to employee's manager . Ran both Retrieve and Send LDAPs and there was no change.

 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After running processes, and reports of terminated managers should be reassigned to terminated manager's manager.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. For a person whose manager is terminated, run reassign pending approvals for terminations process.
2. Then run correct invalid assignments process.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users with terminated managers are not getting managers reassigned.
