Budgetary control with encumbrance accounting has been enabled in March-16 in our production environment.

We compared budget vs actuals.

Whether via Smartview or standard inquiry and standard report, actuals reported for budgetary control are incorrect.

Transactions created before enabling budgetary control are not captured.

We expect that actuals generated before enabling budgetary control are captured.
