Purpose
The purpose of this guide is to provide a reference guide to using and managing the ESS batch jobs in Absence Management. The batch jobs allow businesses to perform absence related actions for large data sets in an efficient manner.
Scope
This document will be of interest to those with experience in Absence Management functionalities in Fusion and who wish to make use of the ESS jobs for managing absence data in their implementations. This is not an implementation or user guide for Absence Management or ESS Jobs in general.
The examples or recommendations provided are only for demonstration purposes to guide an implementer about the various key considerations they have to keep in mind while making decisions around Absence Management ESS Jobs. They are not fully tested solutions, and must be adapted to meet specific customer requirements.
