Goal
1. Why we cannot create separate expenditure item for burden cost as per project type setup?
2. Why Funds Check status is not coming for separate burden item. Does that mean, funds check will not happen on the burden cost ?
3. If we generate separate burden line, do we have to add expenditure types in burden structure ? Or Burden transaction type class itself will suffice ?
