Goal

Turn Off Approval notification sent to manager for Dev Goals

With Rel 11 Notification is sent for Manager Approval in Career Development when an Employee edits a Development Goal. Hence as per confirmation with Business we want to keep our current configuration (ie: no approval/notification when employee edits a development goals).

Have already checked for Talent notification and there is no option to turn off this notification.

Question:
How do we turn off Notifications when employee edits a development goal on Ver 11 to match prior Ver 10 notification setup?
