Duplicate Check activation in all Career Section application flows can cause delays for the system to handle other tasks such as sending emails if thousands of candidates are created in the Career Sections as the system would be busy verifying for duplicates through the background zone Scheduler. 

To avoid this situation it is highly recommended not to activate the following property in Career section application flows, except for referral flows: Activate the identification of potentially duplicate candidates.
Activating the Recruiting setting Email Uniqueness instead is usually enough to prevent duplicates and does not impact the zone Scheduler.

If the property is already activated in several flows, a database fix can be executed to disable it in General profiler and Job-specific application flows only.
