ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In the Enterprise setup, the ‘apply Incumbent validation’ has been enable, when hired a new employee to that position without any error message.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enterprise setup, the ‘apply Incumbent validation
2. Hire employee with that position that has limit
3. no error message.
