No Organization available when defining Material Planner (Doc ID 2158619.1)

Symptoms

While adding planner name in the Manage Material Planner task no organization is available in the LOV.

The issue can be reproduced by executing the following steps:
1. Navigate to - Value Chain Planning - Planning Central
2. Select task - Manage Material Planners
3. Click add button.
