An issue qualifies to be a performance issue when User’s response time is slow while navigating to various objects or any specific fields (DCL, custom fields etc.) in the Application or if there is a process that is taking long time to complete.

This documents provides checklist to troubleshoot the issue at user's end firstly.

If the issue still persists, user needs to involve Oracle Support teams to investigate the issue further. While investigating, support teams will require some input data from users.
