Parent Account Field Missing In Out Of The Box Fields

Parent Account field missing in out of the box Fields
we have two custom fields (NOV_ParentAccount_c, NOV_ParentAccountId_c) in Account and out of the box field Parent Account. we are trying to build a logic when the user select out of the box parents account field system need to automatically populate the customs fields with the same values. I was looking for the API name for the out of the box field "Parent Account" i couldn't see any field named like that in the out of the box field list.
what is the option to build above logic?
Attached the screenshot of the out of the field in detail page but not available in field list.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Need API name for Parent Account field.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Application Composer.
2. Expand Account object under common application.
3. Click on Fields
4. Search for "Parent Account".
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot populate custom fields with the value of Parent Account.
