Symptoms

On : NA version, Other Issues

When attempting to Account and Post to Ledger from Review Transaction > Actions dropdown
the following error occurs.

ERROR

WARNING: Accounting failed for one or more events. Engine encountered an nonrecoverable error during online accounting request 124357. Details: See log file for more information


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Accounts Receivable
2. Billing
3. Manage Transactions
4. Search for <Credit Memo Number>
5. Actions > Account and Post to Ledger

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot post Credit Memo <Credit Memo Number>
