BICS Dashboard Prompt Containing Data of Format "Last Name","First Name" Returns NULL Value in the Prompt

Symptoms
On Business Intelligence Cloud Services (BICS) Dashboards, on selecting the value in a dashboard prompt containing data of format [<Last Name>, <Title>. <First Name>], the below scenario is noticed:
- The prompt returns blank or null value in the selection
- It breaks the value into two separate values
- For example- If there is a Dashboard Prompt Called "Project Manager" and data in it contains the name in the structure - "Lastname, Mr. Firstname", it breaks the value into two separate values "Lastname" and "Mr. Firstname"
