Cannot Run Concurrently WS CrmCommonSalesParties/ContactService - Getting Errors JBO-26092 and JBO-25014 (Doc ID 2165019.1)

While using the contact service to create several contacts associated to the same account the errors:
JBO-25014: Another user has changed the row with primary key oracle.jbo.Key[xxx4959 ].
JBO-26092: Failed to lock the record in table HZ_ORGANIZATION_PROFILES with key oracle.jbo.Key[xxx14959 ], another user holds the lock.

The WS was being called with several contacts on the same payload and several threads at the same time.
