Oracle Commerce Cloud Service - Version 21.1.1 to 21.1.1 [Release 21A]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
Is it possible to change the order prefix in OCC orders from the default value 'o'?
When orders are submitted in OCCS, they have prefix of 'o' (oh) for the order number. Can this be changed to another prefix for example, 'C'.
Is it possible to change the order number length so that our orders start at say 10000000 and increase from there?
i.e. first order would be o10000001, then o10000002 etc...
Likewise, can similar changes also be made for the return order Id's and length?
