Symptoms
On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Cost Management
The subledger journal entry does not balance in one or more of the entered currencies.
Sending Costing to Accounting and getting a error but it is not telling me what account rule is missing.
Cannot close Costing Period until fixed.
ERROR

The subledger journal entry does not balance in one or more of the entered currencies.
Cause: No entered currency balancing account was provided for your ledger and the journal is not balanced by entered currency.
Action: You must define an entered currency balancing account for the ledger or ensure the journal is balanced by entered currency.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Create Cost Accounting, end with Warning
2. Review the report output and fine the above error for Event Class: PO Delivery into Inventory, Ledger Currency : USD, Event Type: Return to Receiving Inspection
3. All setup of SLA looks correct but still have the above issue
