Fusion INV: User Defined Transaction Type not Available while Performing Transaction (Doc ID 2166683.1)

Symptoms

A custom Transaction Type was created for transaction source "Movement Request".  While creating a Movement Request, the new Transaction Type is not available in "Transaction Type" LOV.
