Symptoms
After performing steps to share the a Social Object (example: goals) from your Fusion Application (example: HCM) to Oracle Social Network (OSN) using the steps outlined in:
<Document 2106840.1> Fusion Application's (FAPPS) Object is Missing the Social Tab and Cannot be Shared with the Oracle Social Network (OSN)
or
<Document 2026063.1> How To Enable Social Object in Fusion Apps Release 9 ?
The social network button is still missing from the social objects.
For cases in CRM, also verified that the "hide tabs" setting is not in place for social:

Note: this does not exist for HCM and FSCM/ERP
