Mass Additions Loaded via FBDI Error Asset Category is Not Yet Assigned to the Asset Book (Doc ID 2169997.1)

Mass Additions transactions loaded via FBDI template contains the error below within the log file.
When opening the record in the Assets Landing Page the error prompts below

Log file error:
Retrieving rows from the FA_CATEGORY_BOOK_DEFAULTS table for the category ID <CATEGORY_ID>, the book <BOOK_NAME>, and the date YYYY-MM-DD failed.
fa_cache_pkg.fazccbd
ORA-01403: no data found
The mass addition ID <MASS_ADDITION_ID> failed.

Error on UI:
The asset category is not yet assigned to the asset book. You must first assign this asset category to the selected book.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Mass Additions with FBDI template and Import File. Run Post Mass Additions.
2. Navigate to the Asset Landing Page > Select Asset Book and go to Additions Infotile
3. Select rows in error and click on the link.
4. Error prompts.
