Fusion Global Payroll (US) : Incorrect PA Local Tax is Calculating (Doc ID 2170115.1)

Symptoms


The city tax withheld should be Brown Township (residence) not Granville Township (work)

Employee's PSD codes are correct, but wrong Pennsylvania Local tax is being deducted.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Brown Township should be coming out (at higher 1.35%) but instead Granville is deducting (at 1.00%)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Manage Calculation Cards: Employee W/H Certificate
PA
 Resident PSD Code 440,103
  Work PSD Code 440,107
     Work School District Mifflin County SD
