Goal

When troubleshooting WebUI issues (e.g. an error occurs when opening the page), capturing details of the problematic access (request and response) as network traffic capture is often very useful to deeply know and investigate the issue. (exact time when the issue reproduces, what kind of data was sent in the request, and details of the response (header and entire body message), HTTP cookie value, etc...)

The major and modern browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome, ...) have the function to capture it as a part of their Development tools.  This document provides steps to capture it, by browser.
