Why the web content embeded with Page Integration Wizard may not working as expected ?

Symptoms
Customer added page content in Dashboard but this does get rendered / delivered
Tried with both Add Content -> Components -> Web Page and Add Content -> Components -> HTML Markup but the issue is the same: the content is not getting rendered or once we click on the link it is taking to error page and it is asking to open it in new window.
