Unable to pay from collections page due to Payment Processor Not Working Properly Contact Payment Administrator. (Doc ID 2176781.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Manage Collections-Process Collections Payments

When attempting to pay an invoice from Collections
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Payment processor not working properly contact payment administrator.
Collections receipt methods are not defined in Receivables system options setup. Contact your system administrator.
Cause Receivables system options for collections payment methods were not configured.
Action Contact your system administrator.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Collections > Customer
2. Query the customer
3. Click on the Transaction Tab and search by BU
4. Highlight a transaction and click Pay
5. Select Payment method EFT from dropdown menu, error occurs.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot pay invoice using Collections
