Error "java.security.AccessControlException: Property java.home not allowed to be set or got" When Deploying Application in JCS-SX (Doc ID 2176806.1)

Symptoms

Our program deployed to JCS contains ADF/Java code snippet "RTFProcessor.process" that generates RTF report which works perfectly fine in our DEV instance.

However in our TEST instance we are encountering getting AccessControlException: Property java.home not allowed to be set or got.
