How to Display Groups with no Data in a Group by Output (Doc ID 218043.1)

Goal

In a Report when you have a group by clause , it displays only those groups which have existing records.
If there is a group which has no records , then the report will not display that group.
If you need to display all groups ir-respective of whether it has any records or not , then you can follow the example mentioned in this note.
