ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Defined Plans Enrollment not getting picked up by Standard Benefit Extract

The system is configured to have carrier xLIFE with four benefits = MED, DEN, STD and LTD. When the BEN-XML is run, the system is only outputting the MED and DEN and not the STD and LTD.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation - Benefits Administration >> Evaluation and Reporting >> Extract Benefits Data
2. Run extract for xLIFE carrier
3. Only 2 of the 4 benefits are on extract.
