Customer Requirement: The Accounting Calendar should show correct start date and End Date for each period of every Year.

Please find the problem description as below:
1. I checked in Setup and Maintenance --> Manage Accounting Calendar --> My Calendar
2. Here For the Year 2012, the Period is starting from Jan-11 and Start Date is 4-Jan-2011
(The Period should start from Apr-11 and Start Date should be 1-Apr-2011 for the Year 2012)
