Access Denied - Error is raised When Invoking SCM Web Services - What Roles are Required

While invoking the "OrderInformationService" web service via SoapUI it fails with an error.

"access denied ( invoke)""

The intent is to retrieve details of an existing order via the "GetOrderDetails" operation.
The same user credentials that are being used to invoke the web service can successfully query and create orders via the Sales Order UI.

The Order Information Service WSDL syntax is :-

The issue can be reproduced by executing the following steps:
