Integration Not Working After P2T Refresh Is Completed With Error 'Authentication Failed for user DOMAIN.ADMIN'

A P2T refresh has been completed on our test enviornment. Inbound and outbound integration does not work since the refresh. When looking at the integration logs, the following error is observed for all integration transactions:
