Symptoms

When attempting to login to the cloud admin tool, the following error occurs:

You are not authorized to run this application. Contact your administrator.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to login to the cloud admin tool as an admin user from the welcome letter (after a data load was done)

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot administer their cloud users.
