On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Manage Benefits

Unable to get the Loaded Dependent info details from the tables

Trying to create a report to extract the data which we loaded using "BenefitsEnrollmentExcelUpload" spreadsheet. While trying to retrieve data for dependent and beneficiary details, couldn't find the exact table for the loaded dependent records.
How to get the dependent/beneficiary data via report?
