How to stop Budget Over Allocation for Top Manager? (Doc ID 2188221.1)

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version
Manage Compensation

Budget Over Allocation - Top manager

User configured budget for the workforce compensation plan and while testing, they have noticed some issue for the top level manager.

1. When a lower level manager over allocates the budget, and Saves the worksheet, an error is generated for budget over allocation.

2. When a top level manager over allocates and saves the worksheet,no error is generated.

Please let us know how this can be fixed and the budget over allocation works for the top level manager?
