Symptoms

Journals contain posting errors with the following error message:

Error - Sequence Assignment failure

Inside the FUN_SEQ.Get_Assigned_Sequence_Info

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to General Ledger > Journals > Manage Journals
2. Go to Require Attention Tab and journals reflect error above for each journal batch
