Sales Quota go missing

Case 1 : Created a sales quota plan but this plan is not appearing on "Manage Sales Quotas" page.

Case 2 : Created a sales Quota plan and activated the same but it is not coming in Navigator>Territories and Quotas>Manage Sales Quotas.
