We are seeing Employees with NULL Performance Document Status as the persons who haven't started their appraisal status and who have Completed the appraisal , in Completed Status. However, we are not seeing a NULL/NO RATING in Numeric Rating Column in Performance Rating Subject Area. This is misleading users as we have 25,000 employees who has NULL/NO PA Document Status and these employees doesn't show up in NULL/BLANK PA Rating.
