On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Set Up Benefits

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Under the benefits Plan Configuration, we are trying to add an image for plan type using "manage plan types". It allows to upload an image, but it does not show it on that screen. Some images work while others don't. We are trying this with .jpg, .jpeg, .png, or .gif files only. Is there any other restriction on file format/resolution etc that needs to be considered. Attaching two images that we want to upload at plan type level but its not working. Could you please review and advice why these images are not getting displayed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Images are not being displayed as expected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the Manage Plan Types page.
2. Under the image section, add an image.
3. Save and go to the Benefits Summary page.
4. Images are displayed intermittently on the page.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Images are not being displayed as required.
