Customer Account Level Contact Point Not Visible in UI After Import (Doc ID 2194166.1)

Symptoms

The User is trying to load a contact email at the account level using the Customer Import Template. , but no contact point is visible in the UI at the account level or site level.

Populating the HZ_IMP_CONTACTPTS_T tab with the Person Party for the contact and the relationship between the Person Party and the Org Party seems to assign the email to the contact at the party level
