Goal

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Set Up Benefits

Links in self service do not open new tab/window.

Created several links to documents and website set up in the self service open enrollment event. The links work, however, they do not open a new tab or window - so the user is taken out of the enrollment and loses the work they have done to that point.

Need the links to open a separate tab or window that the user can exit out of when done and not lose their place in their self service enrollment.
