Is there a way to add a custom filter with a Y or N as List Of values?

The business requirement is to add a custom filter on the worksheet so that managers can filter all employees who are promoted.

A custom text column was configured and added a dynamic condition to populate Y for all promoted employees and 'N' for the rest.
This column is added to the Worklist filter.

The column shows up in the filters section but is a free text.

Is there a way to create a pick list like 'Y' and 'N' so that managers can just pick one of these values instead of manually entering a 'Y' or 'N'?
