Symptoms



Error attempting to create Tax Rules via Spreadsheet.

Record 1: Rejected - Error on table ZX_DATA_UPLOAD_INTERFACE, column EFFECTIVE_FROM.
ORA-01830: date format picture ends before converting entire input string

2. Run the import.
