Symptoms

When attempting to login to Oracle Access Manager, the following error occurs:

ERROR
-------------------------
The user has already reached the maximum allowed number of sessions. Please close one of the existing sessions before trying to login again


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Launch OAM page
  2. Provide username and password
  3. Click OK
  4. Observe error
