Unable To use a Saved Schedule For Scheduled Processes (Doc ID 2196559.1)

Goal

Under the Scheduled Processes UI ,when a user  tries to use a saved schedule to automate and run a particular job the saved schedule does not display.  Only seeded saved schedules are listed.
How can user's use the Saved schedules?

 Under the Schedule Name  no Saved schedule is displayed.
